Current Programs

We’re thrilled to be hosting our second year of youth summer camps in June 2026! Camps will run from June 15th to June 25th at four locations across the Des Moines metro area:

• Lincoln High School (Mon, Tues, Wed 10:00AM - 12:00PM)

• Roosevelt High School (Mon, Tues, Wed 10:00AM - 12:00PM)

• Brick House Fitness (Bondurant) (Mon, Tues, Thursday 2:00PM - 3:30PM)

• RBI Gym Facility (Downtown Des Moines) (Mon, Tues, Wed 1:00PM - 3:00PM)
