Non-Profit Partnerships

HEROIC is a free program, specifically developed to empower, strengthen and uplift females in our community

Through our HERoic program Raise the Bar Initiative (RBI) partners with various non-profit organizations in the Des Moines area in the hopes of bringing our mission to those who participate in their programs. All of these non-profits are focused on lifting up girls and/or women right here in our Des Moines community. We all agree that by working together we can make a bigger impact. We have found that a longer class option is better for participants. That is why we have transitioned to offering a 2 class option that are each 2 hours in duration. Each class can stand on its own and the participant will take away a wealth of information in the event they cannot attend both. During each class we will cover:

  1. Raise the Bar Initiative - What they do and how we do it

  2. Nutrition

  3. Mental Health

  4. How to move

  5. Workout

  6. Post workout cooldown

  7. Post workout meal/fuel

The cost of this program is 100% free to participants as long as they participate in the non-profit programs who are invited to join in this offering. If this is an opportunity you would like bring to your program participants please fill out this short survey below and one of our staff members will follow-up with next steps.

Fill out the form on the next page, and someone from the HEROIC team will be in touch with you.
