Date: Friday, April 24, 2026
Location: 22nd Street Barbell (3129 NW Prairie Lane, DSM)
Arrival Time: 12:00 PM 

Volunteers will load up all equipment from 22BB to a U-Haul, then follow U-Haul over to Horizon Events Center (2100 NW 100th Street, Clive, Iowa), to unload equipment and set-up stage/platforms and warm up area for meet day.

Lunch will be provided at Horizon Events Center for all volunteers.

Be sure to report to Volunteer Headquarters to officially check-in and get a volunteer shirt. 

• Volunteer Headquarters is on the south side of the open court area

Saturday

Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
Location: Horizon Events Center (2100 NW 100th Street, Clive, Iowa)
Arrival Time: 2:30 PM 

All volunteers will load up all equipment from RecPlex to a U-Haul. One set of volunteers will then follow U-Haul over to 22nd Street Barbell (3129 NW Prairie Lane, DSM) to unload equipment and reset the gym. Another set of volunteers will follow the second U-Haul to MAD Strength Lab (1650 Fuller Road, West Des Moines) and the RBI Gym (1430 Locust Street, Des Moines) to unload equipment.

Upon arrival for your shift, please report to Volunteer Headquarters to check-in and get a volunteer shirt. 

• Enter the main court area where the event is taking place

• Volunteer Headquarters is in the middle of the court area on the south side of the building.
