No prior lifting is required, but must be willing to try all exercises. During this introductory course we will teach you how to use all pieces of equipment in the RBI gym, minus barbells. You will:
Learn why dumbbells and kettlebells are great tools for building a great exercise routine
Be taught dumbbell and kettlebells exercises that you will then execute
Be introduced the cable machine and the many exercises that can be done
Learn the basics of a push-up and the many variations that exist to meet you where your strength is today
Be introduced and try the following pieces of equipment at the gym: reverse hyper, GHR and 45 degree back extension
