We provide opportunities for individuals to develop physical, mental, and emotional strength through weight training and community building. We empower our members to feel proud of themselves for taking the first step toward learning how strength training can positively impact their lives, and to recognize that if they can take this step once, they can do it again.

Ways to Get Involved

  • Get Stronger

    Step into strength training programs designed to build confidence, resilience, and physical power. Join a supportive space where women and girls grow stronger together.

  • Coach or Volunteer

    Share your time and talents to encourage women and girls to build strength inside and outside the gym. Your support helps create safe, empowering spaces where growth happens.

  • Support the Mission

    Your contribution helps fund programs that bring strength training and wellness education to underserved communities. Together, we can expand access and opportunities!

Our Programs

  • AGES 13–18

    A 10-week strength training program for high school girls focused on building confidence inside and outside the gym.

    Through barbell training, goal setting, and honest conversations, girls gain strength, form meaningful friendships, and discover the power of community.

  • Adults 18+

    A community program created for the everyday woman. Whether you’re new to lifting or getting back into it, all are welcome!

    Through approachable, judgment-free events like drop-in workouts and workplace wellness sessions, the program helps women build strength, boost confidence, and feel at home in the weight room.

  • Nonprofit Partners

    Our nonprofit partnership program brings strength, wellness, and community to women and girls experiencing adversity.

    Through free, on-site sessions focused on movement, nutrition, and mental health, HEROIC empowers participants with the tools to build confidence and strength both inside and outside the gym.
